Morgan County BOE personnel action

• Accepted the resignation of Mark Childers as cross-country coach at Priceville High School, effective May 18, 2012

Approved a supplemental contract with Mike Henson as 7th and 8th grade head baseball coach at West Morgan High School, effective for the 2012=2013 school year.

• Accepted notice of resignation from all coaching duties from Holly Little at Danville High School, effective at the end of the 2011-2012 school year.

• Accepted notice of retirement from Jane Knight, a teacher at Danville-Neel Elementary School, effective May 31, 2012

• Accepted notice of retirement from Cheryl Rhoades, a secretary at the central office, effective July 1, 2012

• Accepted notice of retirement from Sue Wood, principal at Falkville High School, effective June 30, 2012

• Approved the following personnel to administer the AHSGE at Priceville High School June 11, 2012: Kim Holmes, Cathy Thompson, Julia Randolph, Donald Weeks, Donna Smith, Chad Kelsey, Kim Starkey and Sonya Kennedy

• Approved a request for a medical leave of absence from Travis Bailey, countywide SPE support staff, effective Aug. 13, 2012, through Nov. 30, 2012

• Approved a supplemental contract with Jeremy Holloway as golf coach at Falkville High School, effective for the 2012-2013 school year

• Accepted the resignation of Carrie Warden, a teacher at Union Hill School, effective July 13, 201

• Approved Julie Thompson as a half-time 6-12 math teacher at Falkville High School, effective for the 2012-2013 school year. She is replacing Haley Terry who 2 was non-renewed

• Approved Jeremy Holloway as half-time 6-12 math teacher at Falkville High School, effective for the 2012-2013 school year. He was non-renewed at the end of the 2011-2012 school year and is being rehired into this position
