Morgan County BOE personnel action

• Approved contract for services with Pam McDonald to provide bus transportation to and from school for students attending the summer program at Falkville Elementary. Total payment is not to exceed $40 per day

• Approved contracts with the following staff members for Morgan County’s 2012 high school summer school: Kim Starkey and Cathy Thompson, both Priceville High; Alodie Brown, Brewer High; and Kendra Bradford, West Morgan High

• Approved the transfer of Patrick Dudley from custodian at Brewer High to head custodian at Brewer High, effective June 2, 2012. He is replacing Alton Leeth who retired

• Approved the transfer of Terry Speegle from custodian at Lacey’s Spring to custodian at Brewer High, effective June 2, 2012. He is replacing Patrick Dudley who is transferring

• Approved Michelle Kennedy as countywide SPE support staff (Brewer High), effective for the 2012-2013 school year. He is being rehired after being non-renewed at the end of the 2011-2012 school year

• Approved Elizabeth Shoeybipour as SPE support staff (Brewer High), effective for the 2012-2013 school year. He is replacing Lisa McMinnis who was non-renewed.

• Approved Bethany Franklin as a 6-8 math teacher at Sparkman School, effective for the 2012-2013 school year. He is replacing Reba Pevahouse who is retiring

• Approved the transfer of Regina Moody from bus aide at Sparkman School to countywide bus driver (Sparkman School), effective for the 2012-2013 school year. She is replacing Debra Childs who retired.

• Approved Melanie Dickerson as a 7-12 social studies teacher at West Morgan High, effective for the 2012-2013 school year. He is being retired after being non-renewed at the end for the 2012-2013 school year.
