Brewer’s Betts sisters set personal bests
For the past few years, the Brewer girls’ cross country team has been led by sisters Rose and Autumn Betts.
Recently, the sisters finished 1-2 at the Lake Guntersville Invitational while setting new personal records. Rose broke the 19-minute barrier by running 18:44.03 while Autumn ran 18:59.12 to break the 19-minute barrier for the first time.
Rose has finished in the top spot at two different meets this season, the Fairview Invitational and the Lake Guntersville Invitational, while Autumn finished runner-up in both races.
