Funeral for Jackie Brown, 57, of Danville was Saturday, May 19, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bob Cleman officiating.
Burial was in Center Cemetery in Lawrence County.
Mrs. Brown died Thursday, May 17, 2007, at Parkway Medical Center in Decatur. She was born July 15, 1949, in Tennessee to Orbit G. Newberry Sr. and Mildred Holt Newberry. She is survived by her husband, Harold Cleon Brown Sr. of Danville; two sons, Harold Cleon Brown Jr. and wife Melissa of Trinity and Daniel Ray Brown and wife Virginia of Danville; two daughters, Tammy Diane Moore and partner Russell of West Point and Stacey Leann Turknett and husband David of Madison; a brother, Orbit Newberry Jr. of Danville; a sister, Bobby Jean Hopson of Hartselle; 13 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
