Colman Earl White

Funeral for Colman Earl White, 70, of Somerville was Monday, Jan 29, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tommy Smothers officiating.
Burial was in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
Mr. White died Friday, Jan. 26, 2007. He was a Christian, a truck driver for Trimac, a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and an avid supporter of the Priceville Lady Bulldogs basketball team. Her was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Almon White.
He is survived by his wife, Karen White of Somerville; a son, Brian White and wife Freda of Jemison; four daughters, Kim Bozard and Dawn Rikard, both of Trinity, and Amanda White and Allison White, both of Somerville; two brothers, Alton White and wife Evelyn of Huntsville and Maurice White of Somerville; seven grandchildren, Anthony and Brandy White, Brooke Bodine, Hope Bozard, Destiny and Savannah Hogan and Shelby Rey; and two great-grandchildren, Madison and Elizabeth White.
Pallbearers were Matt Taylor, Rusty White, Seth Emerson, Larry Couey, Blake Whitten, Josh Smothers, Wes Aycock and Darby Grantland.
Honorary pallbearers were Lee Nelms, Guy Rice, Jimmy Moore and Leemon George.
Donations may be made to the Priceville High School girls basketball program.
