Alletha Addeline Lawrence Driver

Funeral for Alletha Addeline Lawrence Driver, 70, of Hartselle was Saturday, May 7, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Wendell Callahan officiating.
Burial was in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
Mrs. Driver died Wednesday, May 4, 2005, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born May 14, 1934, in Morgan County to Gurney Asbery Lawrence and Vera Corea Black Lawrence. She was a lifelong resident of Hartselle and graduated from Morgan County High School in 1954. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. Mrs. Driver was a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her brother, Buddy Lawrence.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Charles Driver of Hartselle; two sons, Rickey Driver of Hartselle and Mitchell Driver of Somerville; one daughter, Donna Jo Hawkins of Hartselle; two brothers, W. A. Lawrence of South Pittsburg, Tenn., and Oscar Lawrence of Hartselle; four sisters, Ruth Brown, Fay Barbie, and her twin, Ellen Levens, all of Hartselle, and Betty Sue Anthony of Jackson, S.C.; and seven grandchildren, Sheree Driver, Amanda Sparkman, Zachary Sparkman, Joshua Driver, Evin Driver, Justin Sims and Tiffany Sims.
Pallbearers were Joshua Driver, Zachary Sparkman, Evin Driver, Justin Sims, James Sparkman and Oliver Townson.
