Local students make Mississippi State University’s honors lists

More than 2,500 students have been named to the fall 2023 Deans’ List at Mississippi State University.

Maggie Guyse, Brandon Crawley and Gabe Borden were the Hartselle natives to be named to the Deans’ List for the fall semester.

To be named to the Deans’ List at Mississippi State, a student must have achieved a GPA between 3.5 and 3.79, based on a 4.0 scale, while completing at least 12 semester hours of coursework with no incomplete grades or grades lower than a C.

Those local students named to the Presidents list were

Grace Braddock, Andrew Ekema, Hannah Gregory, Allison Light, Shelby Camron, Ryan Aymett, Lauren Temples all of Hartselle and Joseph Doktor, of Valhermoso Springs.

Students on the President’s List at Mississippi State achieved a 3.80 or better GPA, based on a 4.0 scale, while completing at least 12 semester hours of coursework with no incomplete grades or grades lower than a C.
