“Be careful for nothing” means don’t worry. That is the advice that Paul is giving in Philippians 4:6-7. Just imagine not having to worry about anything. We all are faced with worries of some sort. Things at home, work, school, the list could go on. Want to worry less? Then turn your worries into prayers. Whenever you start to worry, stop and pray. Philippians 4:6-7, “Be careful for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding shall keep your hears and minds through Christ Jesus.”

Just remember when you are anxious or overcome with worry, just know that God will walk through this with you and supply the peace that you stand in need of.
