The Hartselle girls’ tennis team became the first team in Hartselle history to finish the regular season undefeated and win the section tournament.

The girls won the section by accumulating 59 of the 63 possible points. The single’s section champions were Erika Roman, Cassie Beth Powell, Sydney Pham, Kenzie Hamlett and Macie Cagle. The double’s champions were Caroline Jones and Powell, Roman and Pham and Hamlett and Cagle. The team qualified for the state tournament.

The boys’ team did not qualify for state but Josh Burgreen and Nickolas Williams qualified as a double’s team. Eli Parker as a single. The boys team finished third overall in the section tournament.
