HARTSELLE POLICE DEPARTMENT ARESST REPORTS

12/27/2016 – 01/04/2017

 

  • 12/27/2016 Kestalis Antwion Driggers, 04/28/1991, of 413 12th Ave., Decatur was arrested at 150 NW Chestnut St., Hartselle for theft of property in the 3rd degree (shoplifting $500-1499).
  • 12/28/2016 Lisa Carol Sapp Briscoe, 12/23/1968, of 511 SW Nanceford Rd., Hartselle was arrested at Peach Orchard Rd. at Sparkman St. for possession of marijuana in the 2nd degree.
  • 01/03/2017 Bruce Allon Vest, 07/24/1970, of 1206 NE Ridgecrest Lane, Decatur was arrested at 119 Lee St., Decatur for theft of property in the 3rd degree (Shoplifting $500-1499).
  • 01/04/2016 Benjamin Edker Urban, 01/08/1991, of 1829 SW Hwy 36, Hartselle was arrested at 1201 NW Hwy 31, Hartselle for public intoxication.
