The Lady Vikings scored eight unearned runs in the second inning to defeat the Lady Hawks Saturday at Heritage Park.
Savannah Bolton allowed all of those unearned runs on 10 hits with two strikeouts and no walks.
Danielle Roof paced the Lady Hawks in the loss by going 2-for-3 with a triple, an RBI and a run. Callie Ryan, Morgan Weatherwax, Kellee Stiles, Bolton and Kristen Dobbins each added hits. Ryan and Bolton’s hits were doubles.
