Louisiana-Pacific Corporation announced that Tyler Johnson, son of LP employee Heath and Lucinda Johnson, has been selected as a recipient of a 2014 LP Scholarship.

The annual $1,500 award will be renewable for three additional years, for a total of $6,000 over a four-year period.

Johnson is a Priceville High School graduate and plans to attend the University of West Alabama to pursue a degree in industrial technology/computer information systems.

Sixteen children of LP employees across the country were awarded the competitive LP Scholarship based on academic record, leadership community involvement, goals and aspirations.
