Funeral for Sarah Lemmie Jackson, 92, of Hartselle was Saturday, Feb. 8, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ronnie Bullard officiating.
Burial was in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Jackson died Thursday, Feb. 6, 2003, at Decatur General Hospital. A native of Morgan County, she was a homemaker and a member of Danville Methodist Church. She was the widow of Lewis G. Jackson and the mother of the late Billy Virgil Jackson and Richard Lee Jackson.
She is survived by four daughters, Faye Welborn of Moulton, Ruth Hogan, Wilda Leopard and Hilda Vandiver, all of Hartselle; 11 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Ken Hogan, Trai Tidwell, Thomas Tanner, Rodney Bullard, Mitch Jackson and Farrell Williams.
