Funeral for Judy Harvel Williams, 64, of Hartselle was Sat., Sept. 11, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Jeff Redmond and Milan Dekich and Frank Parker officiating.
Burial was in Forest Chapel Cemetery.
Ms. Williams died Tue., Sept. 7, 2010, at Parkway Medical Center. She was born May 29, 1946, in Hartselle. She was retired from the Hartselle School System where she worked as a secretary at Hartselle Junior High School. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Hartselle and loved and enjoyed her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard B. Williams; her father, Paul Warren Harvel; and two brothers, Buck Harvel and John Pat Harvel.
She is survived by two daughters, Staci Nelson and husband Tony of Hartselle and Kelly Miller and husband Jeff of Horton; her mother, Mae Harvel of Hartselle; two brothers, Paul Harvel and Buzzy Harvel, both of Hartselle; two sisters, Martie Maddox of New Braunfels, Tex. and Lynda Benfield of Madison; and six grandchildren, Colby Nelson, Jake Nelson, Brooke Nelson, Kinley Jo Nelson, Brody Miller and Jackson Miller.
Pallbearers were Paul Harvel, Buzzy Harvel, Bobby Maddox, Dickie Benfield, Eddie Livingston and Spud Lee.
