Lyle Robinson

A graveside service for Lyle Robinson, 85, of Madison was Friday, May 22, at 2 p.m. at Mt. Zion Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Robinson died Tuesday, May 19, 2009, at Valley View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Madison. He was born July 25, 1923, in Morgan County to Eugene and Cora Lee Robinson-Moore. He was a member of Mt. Zion Church near Falkville and was presently attending New Hope Baptist Church in Athens. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Roger Robinson and infant Bobby Lyle Robinson.
He is survived by a son, Randy Robinson of Trinity; a daughter, Gail Nichols of Madison; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Terry Nichols, Troy Gray, John Thomas, Danny Sides, Josh Sides and Randy Robinson.
Honorary pallbearers were Jacob Robinson, Jordan Sides, Austin Nichols and Nicholas Robinson.
