Baker, McNutt exchange vows

Richard and Daphne Baker of Decatur are proud to announce the marriage of their daughter, Brooke Victoria Baker of Decatur to Andrew Justin McNutt of Hartselle. The bride is the granddaughter of Mary Baker of Decatur and the late Richard Baker Sr. of Olive Branch, Miss. and Michael and Lynn Story of Meridian Miss. and Gilbert Lang of Decatur. The groom is the son of Boy and Edwanna McNutt of Hartselle and the grandson of the late Virgie Benson of Hartselle and Calvin and Rachel Westmoreland of Hart-selle. The ceremony was held July 7 at Westmeade Baptist Church in Decatur at 3 p.m.

Officiating were Dr. Scotty Hogan and Pastor Les Jones.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

The maid of honor was Brittany Baker of Birmingham and the matron of honor was Sarah McCaghren of Danville.

Bridesmaids were Morgan Fuller of Meridian, Miss., Rachel Foster, Kelsey Parsons, Ashley Bolton and Stephanie Penn, all of Decatur and Kristi Long of Danville.

Natalie Adams, Claire Adams and Jennalei Bachuss, all of Decatur, were junior bridesmaids. The flower girl was McKinley McCaghren of Danville.

The best man was Boyd McNutt of Hartselle.

Groomsmen were Keith McCaghren and Trey Williams, both of Dan-ville, John Elmore, Todd Bennett and Austin Jones, all of Hartselle, Kyle Justice of Decatur, Seth Ramey of Spanish Fort and Aaron Gilbreath of Boaz.

Tyler Adams, Joshua Luke Bachuss and Tyler Bachuss, all of Decatur were junior groomsmen.

Music was provided by violinist Joshua Drake and pianist Connie Speegle. Vocalists were Kristi Long and Zach Fleming.

The bride’s book was kept by Allyson Jones of Hartselle.

The reception was held at Sykes Place on Bank Street, catered by Carri Duke. The couple honeymooned in Orange Beach and will reside in Calera. The rehearsal dinner was given by the groom’s parents at The Freight House.
