10 saltine crackers,

finely ground

1/2 tsp. salt

1 egg, beaten

2 tablespoons ground cheese

1-8 oz. can tomato sauce

Combine all ingredients, except tomato sauce, add enough water to bind. Shape into 20 small balls. Place in baking dish. Bake at 375˚ for 20 minutes. Pour tomato sauce over the meatballs. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.

Make pudding according to directions on pkg. Add coconut and raisins to the pudding. Stir until well blended. Chill.

Safety tip – Prepare a survival kit to be used in case of a storm. Include: flashlight, battery powered radio and extra batteries, nonperishable food items, cola drinks, a gallon of water for each member of the family, matches, candles, paper goods, such as toilet paper, paper plates, plastic utensils, paper cups, pencils, pens and notepads.
