Hartselle Tigers baseball wins two Saturday

The Hartselle Tigers baseball team heads into the break on a two-game winning streak following their wins over Florence and Huntsville Saturday afternoon. 

The Tigers dropped two games earlier in the week to Austin and Bob Jones. 

Box Scores 

Austin 6, Hartselle 5: Drew Cartee goes 3-for-4 with a triple and two RBI. 

Bob Jones 7, Hartselle 0: Carter Borden and Brodie Morrow each pick up a hit.  

Hartselle 13, Florence 7: Morrow goes 4-for-4 with three doubles and six RBI; Coleman Mizell goes 4-for-4 with three RBI; and Cartee has a home run, three RBI and two runs scored. 

Hartselle 11, Huntsville 2: Connor Ord goes 4-for-4 with a home run, a double, four RBI and three runs scored, while Graham Ellis goes 3-for-3 with two RBI. 

The Tigers record is 10-7.
