The Timothy Sunday School class of First Baptist Church of Falkville was hostesses at the July Family Night dinner. The dinner was held in the Fellowship Hall of the church. The group dined on a variety of meats, vegetables and desserts.

Libby’s Restaurant at Priceville was the gathering place for lunch. Sharing good fellowship and food were; Howard and Helen Gibson, Ralph and Mary Alice Nelson, J.L. and Ann Sanders, Ray and Betty Sanders, Kathy Gray, Betty Wright, Wilma Depreast and Mebla Wilson.

Among the 1952 graduates of Falkville High School eating breakfast were; Shirley Cooper, Sarah Hadley Gaines, Ray and Betty Sanders, Scott and Betty Parker, Howard and Helen Gibson and Kenneth and Betty Harper. They ate at Libby’s Restaurant at Priceville.

The Young at Heart July meeting was held at First Baptist Church of Falkville. Enjoying a delicious potluck lunch were; Bob and Patricia Ramey, Bruce and Georgia Treece, Alfred and Linda Bryan, Joe and Fran Edmondson, Dwight and Linda Alldredge, John and Martha Nelson, Jim and Heather Collins, Hal and Jane Lee, Don and Charlotte Morris, Diane Quattlebaum, June Walling, Geraldine Rowe, Pat Nelson, Rita Burden, Dean Nelson and Mike Tarpley. Ken Blackwood was the guest speaker. His wife, Alison, was also there.
