Funeral for Ashley Johnson, 43, of Madison was Mon., Aug. 22, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Eugene McNutt officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial was in Bell Springs Cemetery.

Mr. Johnson died Thur., Aug. 18, 2016, at his residence. He was born April 30, 1973, in Cullman to Alton P. Johnson and Linda C. Johnson. He worked at CSFCO as a shop supervisor. He was preceded in death by his sister, Leora Reed Johnson.

He is survived by a daughter, Aireonna Johnson; his parents, Alton P. Johnson and Linda Gail Cole Johnson; two brothers: Alton Johnson Jr. and Amos Johnson; four sisters, Lela Paul, Letitia Johnson, Loretta Gilstrap and LaDusta Ellard; his fiancée, Stacy Smith and her children, Christian Shibley, Kaitlynn Haynes, Kadence Haynes, Kameryn Haynes and Chase Haynes.

Pallbearers were Alton Johnson, James Leathers, Mark Joseph, Tim Wheeler, Ricky Ricks, Gene Southern and Randall Kirkland.

Amos Johnson served as honorary pallbearer.
