Wilma Hartselle Eaton

Funeral for Wilma Hartselle Eaton, 81, of Hartselle will be Sat., Oct. 24, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Charles Forman officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be Fri., Oct. 23, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Ms. Eaton died Thur., Oct. 22, 2015, at Falkville Health Care Center. She was born Jan. 24, 1934, in Morgan County to L. E. Hartselle and Mary Geneva Lake Hartselle. She was a furniture salesperson, retired from Heilig Meyers. She was a founding member of the Soul Seekers Quartet. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Bonnie Dobbin; and a son, Gary Lynn Eaton; and twin sisters.

She is survived by four daughters, Kathy Eaton of Decatur; Janet Firpo (Evan) of Hartselle; Donna Graham (Bobby) of Decatur and Vanessa Callahan (Chuck) of Hartselle; 11 grandchildren; 27 great- grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank Falkville Health Care Center and Southern Care Hospice.
