A new technology service recently joined the Hartselle community.

Elite Tech Services opened in early May in the shopping center beside Car Wash Express on Highway 31. Owner Aaron Lynch said that they are able to fix desktop computers, laptops, tablets and phones and will work with Apple and PC products. In addition to technology repairs, the business also makes personalized vinyl products and letter decals and sells used computers and phones.

Lynch said he began working with computers at the age of 12. After running a part-time computer business from his home for many years, he decided to open a full-time service.

“Technology always came naturally to me,” Lynch said. “Technology is just my thing; I always have to own the newest items.”

Lynch, a resident of Decatur, said his decision to open his business in Hartselle was made for multiple reasons.

“I have worked in Hartselle, and I attend church here,” he said. “My wife’s family also lives here, and they said there was a need for this type of business. I know that this is a growing city, and I found a great location.”

Elite Tech Services is open Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
