Mable Morrow Moore

Funeral for Mable Morrow Moore, 94, will be Wed., Nov. 26, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Mt. Tabor Cemetery.

Mrs. Moore died from leukemia Sun., Nov. 23, 2014, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born the youngest of six children June 16, 1920, in Morgan County to James Robert Morrow and Elzora Gurley Morrow. She was formerly employed as a LPN for Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Fla. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Moore and her parents. Special appreciation is extended to Dr. Scott Matthews and CICU nursing staff.

She is survived by two daughters, Dorcas Bradford (James) of Trinity and Connie Bowen (Thomas) of Gulf Breeze, Fla.; two grandchildren, Scott Bradford, (Pat) and Amanda Bowen Crabtree; and two great-grandchildren, Matthew Bradford, (Tina) and Griffin Crabtree.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley.
