Women’s Connection plans Christmas meeting

The Decatur Women’s Connection Christmas meeting will be Dec. 5 at Decatur Country Club, beginning at 11 a.m. Wear your favorite tacky Christmas sweater and join the tacky contest.

There will be laughs and lots of fun, maybe even a prize for the winner. There will be nothing tacky about our entertainment.

The speaker, Diane Rose, will entertain by playing beautiful Christmas music on hand bells to Ring in the Holidays. She will also tell how she has survived even after bad choices.

This would be a great time to treat a friend to a delicious lunch, musical entertainment and an inspirational speaker. There are no dues or memberships fees.

The entire cost is $15 for each person and a complimentary nursery is available upon request. Reservations must be made by Dec. 1.

For reservations and nursery, call or e-mail Clarice at 256-301-9196 or CEKKess@charter.net or Stephanie at 256-686-2876 or stephanieroybal06@yahoo.com.

Reservations should be honored or may be used by a friend. Specify and special dietary needs when making reservations.
