Plainview reunion planned for Saturday

In Job, we find where he was a perfect and upright man. He feared God; therefore, he respected, worshiped and obeyed him.

Job wanted to please God. God, however, allowed Satan to destroy Job’s family, all of his possessions and his health. Even though Job didn’t understand why he was going through this and why it was happening to him, he never gave up on God.

We, too, must trust God when we go through difficult times. Job’s family was restored along with his material possessions, but he received even greater blessings. Those who persist in trusting God will be rewarded.
