Anniversary party held for Roy and Lillie Ball

Margaret Murphy, Betty Knight and Susie Dean spent last Saturday night in Tuscaloosa with Brian and Carol Murphy and their daughter Autmn. They saw Autmn in the play, “Annie.”

Breanna Dean of Lake Wales, Fla. is spending the holidays with her parents, Lynn and Susie Dean, and sister, Summer.

Margaret Murphy attended a Christmas party for the women of Pilgrim Rest Church. The group exchanged Christmas gifts and played Dirty Santa. Ten women attended the event.

Jackie Turney and Barbara Asherbranner co-hosted a 50th wedding anniversary party at Falkville Senior Center on December 13. Guests of honor were Roy and Lillie Ball.

Sharing the event with the couple were John Mason, Terry Blackwood, Tim and Cindy Blackwood, Delane and Darlene McCormick, Dexter Garrison, Kevin Griffith, Grace Griffith, Rev. and Mrs. Ray, Joyce Bennett, Freda Ball Johnson, Bobbie Jean Ball, Marvin Ball, Deborah James, Linda Suddith, Brenda James, Charles and Linda Williams, Rickie Ball and Joe and Martha Ball.

Other guests were Jimmy Ball, Horace and Juanita Owens, Randal Ball, Grayson Ball, Savana Ball, Blayne Crawford, Becky Garri-son, Navis Buckalew, Alisyn Smith, Willadean Garrison, Bobby and Linda Ball and Lucille Ball.

Eating Christmas breakfast with ONeal and Margaret Murphy were Brian and Carol Murphy and Autumn, Lynn and Susie Dean and Summer and Breanna Dean.
