Michelle Knowles Burcham

Funeral for Michelle Knowles Burcham, 38, of Danville was Tues., Nov. 19, at 1 p.m. at Beltline Church of Christ with Chris Presnell, Nicky Pressnell and Bro. Jack Bailey officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial was in East Lawrence Memorial Garden.

Mrs. Burcham died Thurs., Nov.14, 2013, at Jackson Memorial Hospital. She was born July 16, 1975, in Lawrence County to Doyle Knowles and Vickie Austin. She enjoyed being a substitute teacher especially for special education.

She is survived by her husband, Chris Burcham of Danville; two daughters; Regan Burcham and Mallory Burcham, both of Danville; her father and stepmother, Doyle and Pat Knowles; her mother, Vickie Austin of Decatur; a sister, Laura Knowles of Athens; three stepbrothers, Jack Watts of Tennessee, Robert Hannah of Kentucky and Thomas Hannah of Athens; and her grandparents, John and Jean Austin.

Pallbearers were family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes for memorial donations to be made to Flint Church of Christ Building Fund.
