Falkville’s JV softball team scored nine runs in the first inning and went on to defeat Meek 15-2 on the road April 2.

The Lady Blue Devils combined for 11 hits.

Paige Garner had three hits, including a home run, an RBI and five stolen bases. Kaitlyn McMurray added a pair of hits and an RBI, Audriana Wilbanks had two hits, two RBIs and three stolen bases, Kaitlyn Tolbert added two hits and an RBI, Sky Engle had a double and three RBIs, Emily Goodman singled, had an RBI and two stolen bases and Bailey Blanchard and Hannah Wilson each singled and had an RBI.

Garner was the winning pitcher.
