Community Calendar for Jan. 9

Jan. 10

Report cards will be issued for Hartselle City Schools.

Morgan County Board of Education will have its regular meeting Jan. 10 at 6:30 p.m.

Jan. 14

The Hartselle Board of Education will have its regular meeting Jan. 14 at 6 p.m. at Crestline Elementary School with a work session immediately preceding the meeting.

Falkville Public Library will host computer classes for interested individuals, ages 13 and up,, beginning Jan. 14, 2013. Instruction in Microsoft Word and Excel will be offered. Our goal is to provide training for those who want to learn these two programs but are unable to attend classes to so so. An information session will be offered on Dec. 27. The Priceville Town Council will meet the second and fourth Mondays at 7 p.m. Contact the town clerk Kelly Dean at kellydean@townofpriceville.com if you have an issue to be considered for the council’s meeting agenda.

Jan. 16

Hartselle Jr. High School will have picture day for Who’s Who, Wrestling, Tennis, Track and Golf teams on Jan. 16.

Jan. 21

Hartselle and Morgan County schools will observe the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday on Jan. 21.

CSN Ministries will host Fun Skate Night at Funland Skate Castle in Decatur on Jan. 21 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Admission $3. Everyone is welcome. For more information, call 256-355-0561.

Jan. 26

The German Exchange Program will host a rummage sale in the HHS cafeteria on Sat., Jan. 26, from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Feb. 7

Hartselle High School will have a blood drive on Feb. 7.
