All-Stars raising money for World Series trip

The Hartselle 10U and 12U Girls Softball All-Stars are working hard to raise money to help finance their trip to the Softball World Series, which will take place in Gulf Shores beginning July 11.

On Sat., June 30, they will be having a car wash at Hartselle Sporting Goods, starting at 8 a.m.

Also the teams will be selling Krispy Kreme doughnuts at various locations throughout Hartselle on Fri. and Sat., June 29-30. Doughnuts will be available at Tankersley’s Service Center at the intersection of Alabama 36 and U.S. 31.

Any business or individual who would like to contribute to the fundraising efforts of the teams can contact Michael Crow at 256-303-4117 or Justin Barley at 256-260-5167. Any help would be greatly appreciated and the monetary donations are tax deductible.
