Morgan County schools bus driver Joyce St. John has been awarded the grand prize in the 6th annual Children’s Choice School Bus Driver of the Year Contest, which is sponsored by Thomas Built Buses.

St. John is a driver for Priceville Elementary School. She was nominated for the honor by PES student Mauriene Ann Clark.

A special recognition ceremony will be held Nov. 6, at 6:30 p.m. at the Central Office in conjunction with a regular meeting of the Morgan County Board of Education.

Bucky Law of Transportation South, a Thomas Built dealer, will be at the meeting to present awards to St. John and Clark.
