Important school dates set for Hartselle High School

Hartselle High School has announced dates and times for students to pick up their schedules and pay all fees prior to the start of the 2011-2012 school year.

On Monday, Aug. 8, seniors will be able to pick up schedules from 9 a.m. to noon and juniors from l to 4 p.m. On Tuesday, Aug. 9, sophomores will be able to pick up schedules from 9 a.m. to noon and freshmen from 1 to 4 p.m.

All fees and debts must be paid in order to pick up schedules before school begins. Lockers, parking spaces and yearbooks may also be purchased at the same time. Yearbooks from the 2010-2011 school year will be available for pickup on Aug. 8 and 9.

Other important dates are:

• Freshmen orientation for students and parents—Thursday, Aug. 11, at 6:30 p.m. in the Pettey Center.

• Classes begin for students on Monday, Aug. 15.

• Open House for all parents—Monday, Aug. 22, at 6:30 p.m. in the Pettey Center.
