Oberdeen ‘Dink’ Frost

Funeral for Oberdeen “Dink” Frost, 78, of Hartselle was Sunday, June 22, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Raymond Stinson officiating.
Burial was in Oden Ridge Cemetery.
Mr. Frost died Friday, June 20, 2008, at Summerford Nursing Home. He was born July 7, 1929, in Morgan County to H.L. Frost and Rena Martin Frost.
He is survived by his wife, Hazel Frost of Hartselle; a son, Jack Frost of Hartselle; four brothers, Charlie Frost, Gilbert Frost and Lelus Frost, all of Eva and John Frost of Decatur; three sisters, Lois Newman of Lions, Kan. and Mary Pigg and Atha Allison, both of Eva; a grandson, Jeremiah Frost; a granddaughter, Charlotte Youngblood Joyal; and four great-grandchildren, Triston Frost, Landon Frost, William Harold Youngblood and Dakota Cherokee Landers.
Pallbearers were Darwin Halbrooks, Billy Staudt, George Frost, Jeff Frost, Keith Frost and Jeff Chunn.
