Borden, Thomas announce plans
David and Lynn Borden of Hartselle announce the engagement of their daughter, Brittany Anne Borden, to Lee Alan Thomas, son of Ken and Joyce Thomas of Rogersville.
The future bride is the granddaughter of Patsy Barker and the late Francis Barker of South Pittsburg, Tenn. and James and Bettye Bingham of Littleville.
A 2007 graduate of the University of Alabama with a bachelor of science degree in nursing, she is employed as a registered nurse at Druid City Hospital in Northport.
The future groom is the grandson of Cornelia Hammon Bergin and the late Noah Hammond of Lexington and Homer and Odell Thomas of Florence. A 2007 graduate of the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications and film, he is employed with Wycomp Technology in Northport.
The wedding is planned for May 3 at 6 p.m. at Sunshine Pointe in Tuscaloosa.
