Audie Mae McCaghren

Funeral for Audie Mae McCaghren, 91, of Danville was Thursday, Aug. 3, at 2 p.m. at Johnson Chapel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Tom Salter officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. McCaghren died Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2006, at her residence. She was born Jan. 10, 1915, in Morgan County to Pleasant Hubert McDonald and Rosa Thompson McDonald. She was a member of Johnson Chapel United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, E.C. McCaghren of Danville; three sons, Bobby Ray McCaghren and Charles Wayne (Jimmy) McCaghren, both of Danville, and Billy Joe McCaghren of Hartselle; a daughter, Lottie Mae Hensley of Danville; a brother, Joe McDonald of Tampa, Fla.; two sisters, Ruthie Proctor of Cartersville, Ga. and Eunice Sexton of Acworth, Ga.; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were grandsons and friends.
