Harrell, Sheats exchange vows
Sondra Todd Harrell of Canton, Miss., and Jimmy Todd Sheats of Hartselle were wed Nov. 19, 2005, at 4 p.m. at an outdoor, sunset wedding at Doublehead Resort with the Rev. Brad Sheats officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Ferrel Todd of Brandon, Miss. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Dale Sheats of Hartselle.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a designer strapless, fitted, embroidered, beaded and ivory lace sheath gown with a beaded trim empire neckline and a sweep train. Her veil, featuring pearl accents, was held by tiny ivory roses, pearls and rhinestones. Her hand-tied bouquet featured ivory roses.
Nancy Johnson of Hartselle, sister of the groom, was matron of honor.
Flower girls were Kylee Harrell and Kensley Harrell, daughters of the bride, Sarah Johnson and Katie Johnson, nieces of the groom. They were escorted by their respective grandfathers and dropped ivory rose petals.
Alan Twelkemeier was best man.
Music was provided by Chuck Johnson, brother-in-law of the groom, who sang "Making Memories of Us," and Rachael Twelkemeier, friend of the groom.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Doublehead Resort Lodge.
Erin Sheats was wedding director. Tara Sivley and Thersea Fox assisted with the reception.
Madalyn Darby attended the bride's book.
The couple resides in Odenville.
A rehearsal party was held at Doublehead Resort. Bridal parties will be held in February.
