Lena M. Crocker

Lena M. Crocker was a native of Monroe County and longtime resident of Mobile. Her last years were in Tupelo, Miss., where she died at Traceway Retirement Community on Dec. 12, 2005. She was a homemaker and a sales clerk.
Mrs. Crocker was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Bessie Manning; two brothers, Elliott Manning and Farrish Manning Sr.; husband, Clarence Lamar Crocker Sr.; and a grandson, Brandon Sean Crocker.
She is survived by her children, Clarence Lamar Crocker Jr. and wife Rachel of Tupelo, Miss., Sharon Crocker Braswell and husband Tommy of Opelika and Brackett Small Crocker Sr. and wife Kay of Hartselle; eight grandchildren, Steven Crocker, Cara McKee and husband Mike, Laura DeLine and husband Kevin, Brackett Crocker Jr. and wife Rachel, Stacey Crocker, Julie Fields, Jinny Robison and husband Scott and Joey Braswell; two great-grandchildren, Mallory Fields and Harper McKee; and other relatives and friends. A graveside service were held Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2005, at 11 a.m. in Pine Crest Cemetery with Pine Crest Funeral and Cremations of Mobile directing.
