Morris Calvin 'Tab' Terrell Sr.

Funeral for Morris Calvin "Tab" Terrell Sr. 77, of Danville will be Friday, Aug. 5, at 2 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Donald Crumpton and Jack Bailey officiating.
Burial will be in Upton's Chapel Methodist Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Terrell died Monday, Aug. 1, 2005, at his residence. He was born Aug. 1, 1928, in Morgan County to Herbert Cleveland and Bertie Mae White Terrell. He was a member of Upton's Chapel Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Howard Terrell.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia Rouse Terrell of Danville; one son, Morris Calvin "Tab" Terrell Jr. of Hartselle; three daughters, Becky McClung of Porter, Tex. and Teresa Jones and Tina Jones, both of Danville; three sisters, Katherine Burns of Battle Creek, Mich. and Wilma Morgan and Nell Brown, both of Decatur; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Billy Terrell, Dale Terrell, Zebulon Jones, Nicholas Jones, Joseph Jones, and Bobby Robertson.
Honorary pallbearers will be Morris Brown, Rayburn Brown, Jack Maddox, J. T. McCaghren, Mac Kirby, Big Boy Clark and Leon Johnson.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Valley or the American Cancer Society.
