Mary Louise Thompson

Funeral for Mary Louise Thompson, 88, of Decatur was Thursday, Feb. 10, at 11 a.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Robert Slack officiating.
Burial was in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Thompson died Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2005, at SunBridge Care &Rehabilitation in Decatur. She was born May 12, 1916, in Morgan County to Ben Byford and Mary Vogle Byford. She was a member of Oak Park Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, D. C. Thompson; and two brothers, Ernest Byford and Jake Byford.
She is survived by two sisters, Beatrice Hicks of Hartselle and Gladys Elkins of Decatur; three sons, Dyke Thompson and Jimmy Thompson, both of Decatur, and Guy Thompson of Spring Hill, Tenn.; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were grandsons and great-grandsons.
