Funeral for Benita Hopper Campbell, 37, of Decatur was Wednesday, Dec. 15, at 2 p.m. at New Center Baptist Church with the Rev. Harold Brown officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in New Center Cemetery.
Mrs. Campbell died Friday, Dec. 10, 2004, at her residence. She was born April 30, 1967, in Morgan County to Robert Hopper and Margaret Hopper. She was a member of New Center Baptist Church and a 1985 graduate of Brewer High School.
She is survived by her husband, Carl "Bo" Campbell of Decatur; a son, Joseph Baker of Hartselle; her father, Robert Hopper of Decatur; her mother, Margaret Hopper of Hartselle; a brother, Dustin Hopper, and his wife, Melissa, of Hartselle; and two nephews and one niece.
Pallbearers were Ronnie Hopper, Allan Hopper, Jay Stakehouse, Allen Thursten, Gary Blankenship and Pat Halbrooks.
