W. T. 'Bunk' Chandler

Funeral for W. T. "Bunk" Chandler, 76, of Hartselle was Sunday, Nov. 14, at 3 p.m. at West Hartselle Baptist Church with the Rev. Jack Redfearn officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in Hartselle Memory Gardens.
Mr. Chandler died Thursday, Nov. 11, 2004, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born Dec. 1, 1927, in Jefferson County to Enoch Chandler and Velma Terry Chandler. He was a retired truck driver with Gordons Transport. He was a member of West Hartselle Baptist Church. Mr. Chandler was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Walden Chandler.
He is survived by one son, Johnny Chandler and his wife Carol of Hartselle; one sister, Melba Curry and her husband Troy of Bradford; two granddaughters, Amy Keel and her husband Dusty, and T.J. Preuitt and her husband Jason, all of Hartselle; and two great-granddaughters, Catherine Grace Keel and Larissa Anne Preuitt.
Pallbearers were Jimmy Creel, Larry Creel, Jason Preuitt, Dusty Keel, Randy Burns and Doug Turney.
Honorary pallbearers were the men's Sunday School class at West Hartselle Baptist Church.
