Funeral for Dona R. Johnson, 84, of Decatur was held Saturday, Dec. 27, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Donald Dugger officiating.
Burial was in Burningtree Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Johnson died Thursday, Dec. 25, 2003, at Hartselle Medical Center. She was born January 18, 1919, in Limestone County to John H. Robinson and Missouri E. Robinson. She was preceded in death by two sons, J. W. Denson and Royce Denson, four brothers, Buddy Andrew Robinson, John Robinson, Lonnie Robinson and Early Robinson and one sister, Ester Robinson.
She is survived by three sons, Sidney "Billy" Denson of Hillsboro, Ray Denson of Moulton and Allen Denson of Mount Airy, Ga.; two daughters, Brenda Brack of Hartselle and Sue Oden of Falkville; two brothers, Mitchell Robinson of Hartselle and Lee Robinson of Falkville; 17 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and nine great great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Bobby Denson, Michael Denson, Ricky Denson, James Edward Robinson, James M. Robinson and Junior Robinson.
