Troup, Streling to wed March 22
Mr. and Mrs. John Troup of Huntsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie Wynne Troup, to David Shawn Streling, son of Mark and Kathy Converse and David and Jo Nell Streling of Hartselle.
The bride-elect is a 1997 graduate of Huntsville High School and a 2002 graduate of The University of Alabama in Huntsville with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. She is employed by Redstone Technical Test Center.
The groom-elect is a 1998 graduate of Bethel Baptist High School and will graduate from The University of Alabama in Huntsville in May 2003 with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
The wedding will be March 22 at Whitesburg Baptist Chapel.
Bailey, Reeves to wed March 8
Jack and June Bailey of Hartselle announce the engagement of their daughter, Holly Elizabeth Bailey, to Jeremy Dewayne Reeves, son of Jerry and Shirley Reeves of Hartselle.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Danville High School and is currently attending John C. Calhoun Community College. She is employed by UPS and Main Street Salon. She is the granddaughter of Naola Bailey of Athens, the late Eugene Bailey, the late Woodrow and Mary Marbut of Athens.
The groom-elect is a graduate of Brewer High School and is employed by Choretime Cage Systems. He is the grandson of Milton Bomar of Hartselle, the late Ruby Bomar, and the late Roy and Coleen Reeves of Hartselle.
The wedding will be held March 8, 2003 at Danville Baptist Church at 6 p.m.
Wallace, Watson to wed this spring
Ronald and Sue Wallace of Hartselle announce the engagement of their daughter, Lara Jo Wallace, to Matthew Clay Watson, son of Marc and Rene' Watson of Hartselle.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Hartselle High School and Pivot Point, The Masters Cosmetology School of Huntsville.
She is employed by Dillard's Salon.
She is the granddaughter of Roy and Reba Wallace of Hartselle and the late Ruth and Lowell Green of Falkville.
The groom-elect is a graduate of Hartselle High School and is currently stationed with the U.S. Army at Fort Knox in Kentucky. He is the grandson of Ruby Boyer and the late R.L. "Buck" Boyer of Hartselle, Anatalie Watson-Fogg and the late Van Watson of Athens.
The wedding will be held this spring at East Highland Baptist Church.
