William Rayburn Barnett

Funeral for William Rayburn Barnett, 75, of Somerville was Monday, Oct. 28, at 1:30 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Barnett officiating.
Burial was in Blue Springs Cemetery.
Mr. Barnett died Saturday, Oct. 26, 2002, at his residence. A native of Morgan County, he attended Country Prayer Barn. He was the widower of Effie Jean Maze Barnett, father of the late Gene Barnett and brother of the late Charles Barnett and Jimmy Lyle Barnett.
He is survived by two sons, Billy Barnett and William H. Barnett, both of Somerville; four daughters, Debra Wilhoite of Somerville, Margie Adkins and Reba Morgan, both of Hartselle, and Janice Hill of Lacey's Spring; six brothers, James Barnett, Rebe Barnett and David Barnett, all of Hartselle, Earl Barnett and Rayburn Barnett, both of Somerville, and Zack Barnett of Valhermoso Springs; five sisters, Tempie Collins of Decatur, Ruth Blocker of Hulaco, Lucille Brown and Helen Bailey, both of Somerville, and Ann Barnett of Hartselle; 22 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
