Craig receives chemistry award, scores in top 3%
Anna Craig, a 2011 graduate of Hartselle High School, recently received the 2011-12 American Chemical Society CRC General Chemistry Award at the University of Mississippi.
The award, which includes receiving the latest edition of the CRC Handbook on Chemistry and Physics, is given annually to the freshman student demonstrating the highest proficiency in chemistry.
She also scored in the top 3 percent nationally on the American Chemical Society standard exam and has been named to the Chancelor’s List with a 4.0 GPA.
Craig is the daughter of Brent and Angela Craig of Hartselle.
