Baker, Primeau exchange vows
Stacey Michelle Baker and David Michael Primeau were wed Saturday, June 24, 2006, at 2 p.m. at Highland Baptist Church of Union Hill with Jane Beasley officiating.
The bride is the daughter of L.P. and Shelby Weaver of Lacey's Spring. The groom is the son of Michael and Delia Primeau of Lacey's Spring.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Melinda Green, sister of the groom, was matron of honor.
Crystal Weaver, sister of the bride, was maid of honor.
Bridal attendants were Leigh Partain and Kristen Bryan.
Sarah Beth Partain was flower girl. Tyler Green was ring bearer.
The groom's father was best man.
Groomsmen were John Primeau, Brandon Primeau and Shane Weaver.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the church.
A rehearsal party hosted by the groom's parents was held June 23 at the church.
The couple honeymooned in Gatlinburg, Tenn. They reside in Lacey's Spring.
The couple was honored with several prenuptial events, including:
Matthews, Sparkman wed
Katie Ann Matthews of Danville and Jeremy Keith Sparkman of Hartselle were wed June 17, 2006, at 5 p.m. at the Huntsville Museum of Art with the Rev. Jack Bailey officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Carolyn Matthews of Danville and the late W.L. "Chip" Matthews Jr. The groom is the son of Dan and Cindy Sparkman and Don and Mickey Swanner, all of Hartselle.
The bride wore a formal designer strapless gown of diamond white luster satin. The fitted bodice was heavily adorned with beadwork. The sweetheart neckline and waistline were accented with matching beaded bands.
The semi-cathedral length train was embellished with embroidery and beadwork. The fingertip veil was edged with matching diamonds and pearls.
Carrie Beth Tidwell of Hartselle, sister of the bride, was matron of honor.
Bridal attendants were Ginger Cataline and Alison Weinman, both of Hartselle, Lori Bailey and Alaina Fitzgerald, both of Danville, and Lindsey Smith of Athens, Ga.
Madison Smith of Athens, Ga., was flower girl.
The groom's father was best man.
Groomsmen were Brian Sparkman, David Lewis, Brett Tidwell and Dan Coulter, all of Hartselle, Dustin Terry of Destin, Fla., and Cory Griffin of Decatur.
Ushers were Martin Adair of Moulton, Craig German of Decatur, Dr. Brad Drake and Steve Wood, both of Hartselle.
Music was provided by harpist Steven Todd Miller.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held onsite.
Amy Garnett and Holly Reeves were wedding directors.
The couple honeymooned in Jamaica. They reside in Danville.
A rehearsal party hosted by the groom's parents was held at JW Steakhouse in Priceville.
