Evelee Williams Eddy

Funeral for Evelee Williams Eddy, 81, of Decatur was Monday, Nov. 7, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Homer Jones and Robert Watwood officiating.
Burial was in Ebenezer Cemetery in Falkville.
Mrs. Eddy died Friday, Nov. 4, 2005, at her residence.
She was born Sept. 23, 1924, in Morgan County to Cleveland Williams and Mary Tanner Williams. She was active in her church and enjoyed gospel music.
She was retired from Kroger and was a member of UFCW Local 1995. She was preceded in death by her husband, Truman Eddy and two brothers, Perry Williams and Raymond Williams. She is survived by two sons, Ricky Eddy and wife Pam of Decatur and Jimmy Eddy of Oklahoma City, Okla.; two daughters, Brenda Best and husband Todd of Decatur and Linda Johnson and husband DeWayne of Trinity; six grandchildren, Nikki Eddy, Marie Fairbanks, Randy Eddy, Richard Eddy, Amy Byars and Jeremy Winchester; and two great-grandchildren, Amber Fairbanks and T. J. Byars.
Pallbearers were Mike Knight, W. T. Fairbanks, Jamie Fairbanks, Richard Hamilton, Griffen Eddy and Randy Eddy.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of North Alabama LLC.
