Christina Ann Hazelrigg

Funeral for Christina Ann Hazelrigg, 31, of Cotaco was Sunday, Aug. 14, at 1:30 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Corey Stewart and David Weaver officiating.
Burial was in Red Oak Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Hazelrigg died Tuesday, Aug. 9, at her home. She was born Oct. 4, 1973, in New Mexico. She was a horse trainer at Chevell Farms and had a love for all animals, especially horses. She started riding when she was eight years old and was an accomplished equestrian. She had a tremendous ability in writing and was able to take ordinary words and make beautiful poetry. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister. She received her bachelor of arts degree from Quinnipiac College in Hamden, Conn., where she was on the dean's list each year. Her grandfathers, Marvin Roberts and Roscoe Harper, preceded her in death.
She is survived by her husband, Warren James Hazelrigg of Cotaco; one son, Brian Lee Knox of Cotaco; her parents, William and Linda Harper of Cotaco; two brothers, Michael Harper of Prospect, Conn. and William J. Harper of Thompsontown, Pa.; and her grandmothers, Nellie Roberts and Elizabeth Harper, both of Lewistown, Pa.
