Brenda Irwin Ward

Funeral for Brenda Irwin Ward, 62, of Hartselle was Sunday, July 24, at 2 p.m. at Oak Park Church of God in Decatur with the Revs. Gene Rice, Carl Maynard and Jerry Irwin officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in Mount Zion Cemetery.
Mrs. Ward died Thursday, July 21, 2005, at her residence. She attended Oak Park Church of God. Her parents and husband, John Wayne Irwin, preceded her in death.
She is survived by her husband, Russell D. Ward; one son, Jeff Ward and wife Pam, of Hartselle; four brothers, Donald Irwin of Glencoe, the Rev. Jerry Irwin of Anniston, Anthony Irwin of Topeka, Kan. and Michael Irwin of Hartselle; one sister, Regina Stinson of Hartselle; and one grandchild, Ashlyn Rae Ward.
Pallbearers were Randy Powell, Jerry Powell, Don Irwin, Eric Stinson, Brian Irwin, David Irwin, Tim Ward and Brad Irwin.
In memory of Mrs. Ward, the family ask contributions be made to Hospice of the Valley, P.O. Box 2745, Decatur, AL 35602.
