Gleniss Woods

Funeral services for Glennis Woods, 63, of Hartselle were held Sunday, July 18 at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Phillip Sessions officiated. Burial was in Piney Grove Cemetery in Lawrence County.
Mr. Woods died Thursday, July 15, 2004 at Brookwood Medical Center. He was born September 12, 1940 in Blount County to Jim Reed Woods and Nettie Jewell Smith Woods. He attended the Nazarene Church in Decatur.
He is survived by his wife, Glenda Sue Woods of Hartselle; one son, Jeffrey Randell Woods, Birmingham; two daughters, Dedra Lynn Ryan of Priceville and Tonya Trudell Goodwin of Hartselle; two brothers, Glenn Edwards Woods and Rev. Gerald Wayne Woods, both of Birmingham; one sister, Patty Woods Bunch of Trussville; seven grandchildren, Kristin Woods, Joshua Anders, Avery Brewer, Carlie Brewer, Sunnie Brown, Devin Brown and Kendall Goodwin.
Pallbearers were Danny Sanderson, Steve Woods, Jason Woods, Roger Woods, Allen Goodwin and Terry Hill.
